Electrify NZ's standard service package is recommended 6 months after you purchase your electric bike, and every year thereafter. It includes the essentials for safety and smooth running of your bike.
Brake adjustment
Brake pad assessment for safety
Tyres inspected for wear, damage and inflated to the correct PSI.
Bolt safety check
Chain lubricated & checked for wear
Gear adjustment
Gear adjustment
Basic frame clean & bike wipe down
Replace chain if necessary
Drive System software update (where applicable)
